Tiedetään, että jo lyhytkin luonnossa vietetty aika rauhoittaa mieltä, laskee verenpainetta ja sykettä, virkistää mieltä sekä kehoa. Usein kuitenkaan arjen ja kiireen keskellä emme malta pysähtyä luonnon äärelle, ottamaan vastaan sen tarjoamaa hyvinvointia.
Hammock Relaxation We walk to the relaxation spot (depending on the location) through the forest, perhaps along the coastal paths, and hang the hammocks between the trees. Each participant can choose the place of his/her choice for own hanging mat like a Japanese “forest bath” -style. We awaken our bodies to observe the surrounding, mind-enhancing nature through all our senses. After relaxation, you will feel refreshed and rested.
Can be organized all year round. In the fall and winter season, you can relax in the hammock in the warmth of a sleeping bag or in other warm clothes. Relaxation in the dark is an exciting, but calming and safe experience at the same time.
This relaxation is suitable for all able-bodied people. Especially for those who work in an office, relaxing in a hammock in the forest offers a refreshing counterbalance. Relaxation can be combined with other activities (summer season) such as; for a kayaking trip, for birthdays or bachelor parties organized in nature, bike trips or as part of a recretional day.
The duration of hammock relaxation is about an hour, depending on the place and the size of the group (slightly less in winter).

• If the cancellation occurs earlier than 14 days before the start time of the activity, the cancellation is free of charge.
• Mikäli peruutus tapahtuu 7-13 vrk ennen sovittua toiminnon alkamisaikaa, peritään varaajalta 25 % sovitusta hinnasta, viimeisimmän vahvistetun henkilömäärän mukaan.
• Mikäli peruutus tapahtuu 4-6 vrk ennen sovittua alkamisaikaa, peritään varaajalta 50 % sovitusta hinnasta, viimeisimmän vahvistetun henkilömäärän mukaan.
• Mikäli peruutus tapahtuu 0-3 vrk ennen sovittua alkamisaikaa, peritään varaajalta koko sovittu hinta, viimeisimmän vahvistetun henkilömäärän mukaan.
